Actually, it may and it may not. The COMP's line runs to 1375 using the same highs, so we could just end up with a divergence.

NDX gap at 1040 is still out there, so maybe that's a good candidate for a local top. The other possibility is that we fill the gap at 1058 or so then reverse back down. That would give the COMP a high around 1365 if it's tracking right.
