Ok, now I got it. Perhaps I'm too dumb to see that. Many stocks trade at depressed valuations in this dog market, and all is about "unlocking" the shareholder value.

For a good example, see the recent presentation from RBAK corporate-ir.net

(Hint: they sell a "capital restructuring" as a means to "unlock the true market value". As a result the sharecount could climb to SIRI-dimensions - thus inflating the market capitalisation of the equity).

I see, you have adopted Nixon's posting style: Message 18694748 ... too funny. Quite an effort to highlight selected words, looks very professional...Nixon, she couldn't have done it better herself.

Oh I forgot. Saxe's margin call was caused by greedy market makers who needed something to cover their asses (and their 'legal' 2 million short positions, right?). I remember, if the stock goes below $5, Datek flags it as "Not marginable"

Heh.
