Well......... no one knows until they fail if they are for reals or not.

I will say though that we've had a ton of these big huge gains in short time frames and they've all occurred on they way down and each time they led to lower lows, We did NOT see these type moves during the bull market on the way up (maybe near the top, but even then I don't think they were of this magnitude in one day), so I would say it's most likely a function of shorts covering and fast money mo mo's jumping on board.

Pretty decent volume compared to recent volume, so who knows?

The same people on chat boards who were even claiming to short yesterday now want to buy on a retest. Fear of missing a huge rally still exists apparently.

Some day.............. we'll get people who want to buy stocks and actually own a part of a company rather than use them as lotto tickets. Some day.......
