I apologize to the intel thread because something tells me this is a black hole.

But what about intel earning reports are greatly overstated?

I'm not interested in the options issue, if thats all it is. But if this is in relation to something else that you feel is somehow fraudulent I am interested. Again, I am not interested in the options debate, I am clear on the issue and have my mind made up. If intel is facing a profits squeeze as a result of options expensing or other accounting treatment, would you say they might be eligible for an R&D outsource as oracle did? According to my analysis dumping R&D fixes everything at least for options.
