Giggle. The disbanded [not really, that was just disinformation] secret USA Department of Disinformation has released top secret information that many top Iraqi military leaders are conducting secret surrender talks.

< Encouraged by overnight reports of secret surrender talks between America and top Iraqi army commanders, buyers piled in from the start of trading, more than erasing Wednesday's heavy losses. >

That seems to be disinformation to get the top Iraqi military people and Saddam fighting each other. I wonder whether Saddam will fall for it or whether the military commanders who aren't in the non-existent secret surrender discussions will believe it and worry about being left out.

Lots of lies to put everyone off balance and to make them wonder and worry what the heck is going on. But then again, maybe there really are secret surrender discussions [or at least approaches to which the Iraqis are lying to the Americans that they are wanting to surrender when they really aren't].

FUDD rules supreme. [Fear, uncertainty, doubt and disinformation]
