Productivety and underlying prosperity are directly linked to have the ability to get what's needed where. It's all about knowing what's where.

America, 280 million strong is orders of magnitude ahead of the rest of the world. It's all in the numbers. What numbers, bulk.ath.cx

Year 2000,
America has 293 web servers per thousand people.
Europe 16
Finland 102
Austraila 84
Japan 37

This is dated and I have no doubt that the numbers between the haves and have nots continues to grow. The penetration of the ability to find productive information and truth will continue.

In many respects, that passage struck me as being false too. While I'm sure that "one form or another" well defines what existed during the time spans you've noted, and that I might note bad consequences more to my point, I'll just ask you, is this false:

"It(Democracy) can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves money from the public treasure. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most money from the public treasury..."

Frankly, a Democracy might exist for a long time, but that doesn't make it best for the people. In the above quoted replace Democracy with Democratic Republic. Then is it true?
