I have and they have no fix!,maybe your working with more stable company's QQQ ect.it doesn't show as much but if you did any NTES REDF SOHU SINA or IGLD it was basicly useless.REDF showed up at 2.30 bid and 2.33 ask at the open.It sat there for 10 minutes I had a sell in at 2.3.PIA I finally did a market order and took a loss rather than a gain small but a major pia.It screws with me everyday,much better to use my brokerage LII its free and acurrate.
