It was relevant...but lets start with one of your bolds, which is what I assume you mean by main factual assertions. During the 1991 Gulf War, Saddam also commissioned several failed terrorist attacks on U.S. facilities. Here it is the Gulf War.....note the appearance of the term Gulf War....the US is bombing the shit out of Iraq and we have the nerve to say that Saddam is conducting terrorism....might there be more than a little bias in that claim? jttmab
