I'm not saying that we have resolution; I'm saying that we've started the resolution rally. It's the first logical time for 1991-repeat-scenario buyers to get in ahead of the crowd. It should be a case of buy the rumor, sell the news of resolution, unless their really is magical monetary creation because of the resolution. However, I think most of the price response will occur *before* a resolution is actually reached.

I don't think Bush and friends care about the Veto. They just want the votes so they can go against the UN but at the same time say they are with the majority opinion. Otherwise, why bother as they know it is an auto veto. It is a way to save some political face as we storm Iraq with the US calling sour grapes on the country that vetos.
