The laws that made companies immune from lawsuits by attorneys who knew what was going on for 10 years. Little corrections would have solved the problem. Corporate counsel pay careful attention to the little suits coming up."

A silly analysis.

Many things contributed to the bubble in the 1997-2000 period and the bust that followed. Saying that what caused the dot com bomb was due to what you say above is silly.
