<<maybe if dave checks in over the weekend,he can provide us with any details. >>

I just provided the details. 2 news releases. 1, they are purchasing another company for a very good deal....debt ridden and profitable and will mesh excellently with hqnt.

2 Still projecting .40 earnings, with excellent growth and they are no longer re-structuring in nevada. Supposedly they were restructuring due to naked shorting, but now they changed their minds after the sec said that was an issue they were looking into and would be addressing. So, they felt it was no need to do the re-structuring, since the main reason they wanted to do it was because naked shorting was depressing their value. Then it seems, as I said earlier, brokers were confused and did not know they could get certs for their clients, so many people sold out of fear. They discoverd this error, corrected it and now brokers know they can get stock certs for hqnt if requested. I imagine the .27 low was when people were bailing at the open when they couldnt get answers from their brokers....then when both good news items came back out, she shot back up like a rocket. Wish I had bought at .27, but did grab some at a decent price, and will look to add more on any weakness. HQNT is firing on all cylinders. Heck, they give a portion of their profits to charity, are very profitable, no debt, great growth, insiders control much of the SMALL float and insiders are buying currently on the open market. Could be very volatile, but TA/FA look very good to me, especially for an OTC. I was very pleased with my last buy at .30 and sell over $1. I intend to keep buying this baby the lower she goes, and will the company and it's results take us to much higher levels, IMO.

If interested, scan the last post or two I posted...near the bottom it explains the confusion with the brokers and explains why the quick sell off......boy, I'm glad I wasnt one of the poor saps that sold at .27, only to see her at .49 an hour later <gggg> Thats a huge% for an hour....gain or loss!! Anyway, I grabbed some and will look for more at lower levels if we get them. Feel comfortable buying this stock, and I rarely feel comfortable with any OTC's. Good luck to all
