good source data regarding the muslim populations in Europe and USA. As you point out the US is already a melting pot.

There are two significant advantages; 1. we already have
a level of social and political integration. 2. we have
a robust economic environment fostered by a capitalistic,
free market society.

Europe( France, in particular) has, heretofore, been more
homogenic and more socialistic, less free market. Basically,
Europe piggybacked on our remarkable economic growth , bubble markets and all. I think there will be huge
social disruptions across Europe at some point.

I guess that depends on how you define "Western," JS. Christianity is the fastest growing faith in the world, overall.
