Argentina would start with whatever scraps lie on the floor plus whatever they can tax from the wealthy PLUS WHATEVER THEY CAN CONFISCATE history: Franklin Roosevelt confiscated gold from US citizens he paid them a low price, then raised the official price my main concern is Argentina might confiscate mines I dont think they will because those enterprises are creating jobs either way I was pleased that my prediction is at least seeing a glimmer of light shined on it / jim
