Of course Oil enters into the picture but not for the reason critics mention. Iraq not only controls a vast reserve but sits in an area of the World where something like 90% of the proven oil reserves reside. On top of that he is believed by CIA psychiatrists to be totally insane. Give that man a nuclear bomb and he will be able to terrorize his neighbors to such an extent he will EFFECTIVELY CONTROL ALL OF THE OIL whether he occupies their countries or not. That I believe is his game plan. Then using OIL as his weapon he effectively can control the Worlds economy. If you dont see that my friend YOU are the NAIVE ONE. jdn
