The inspectors are doing a lousy job. Not that its really their fault but they simply are not equiped for the job, and probably can not be set up to do a proper job with Saddam still in charge.

I suspect that's a purely anecdotal observation unless there is some inspector evaluation test I am unaware of. I happen to think they are doing a decent job.

To the extent they are doing the job at all it is because of the threat to Iraq from the armed might of the US. It it wasn't for Bush's actions and policies there would be no inspectors in Iraq.

You're welcome to spin that way certainly A. Fleischer has been doing it for weeks now.
