<<What do you think about gold shares?>>

As long as the POG continues to hold 328, I feel pretty good about the stocks, especially with them outperforming the metal this week. They've had a nice bounce, and they may have bottomed. Should move up back the 200 day MA, then I'd expect a buyable pullback, then up and onward. As long as the POG continues to hold 328, I feel pretty good about the stocks, especially with them outperforming the metal this week.

DISCLAIMER: Currently LONG BGO, DROOY, HL, HMY, KGC, PAAS, WHT, about a 10% portfolio weighting overall, plus a couple more percent altogether in FSAGX and TGLDX. Plus a 4%-ish weighting in physical gold and silver (mostly gold). Looking to get to 15% gold equities and 5% physical metal over the next 2 weeks if the technicals look supportive. I think the gold bull is still alive and has much further to go, but any break of 325 on the metal and the June, 2002 lows on the metal would be the death rattle. I also think that if we have a sustained rally in stocks, gold will move UP, because a lot of the recent decline was due to MuFu liquidation of profitable (gold) positions to offset sales of losers (all else) to meet redemptions.
