Isn't it really the underlying fundamentals that stinck or don't stink? When it comes to technology the fundamentals thrive when there are comanies pushing each other to come up with something new, sooner than they would abandon their old products on their own. Once that push is eased all sorts of companies have time to figure out how to grab some of the more lucrative areas. Worldwide the fundamentals may be fine, but many of the cash cows of the United States are migrating to other pastures. TP
