Estimates of Iraqi dead are as high as 500,000. Many of them civilians.

got a link for that?

Those bombs we drop also have highly-toxic chemicals in them

what chemicals?

AS,

500,000 dead or wounded...what a joke. 50,000 Iraqi babies...please spare us.

We killed about 100,000 in Desert Storm. I know, I helped count bodies and body parts. Lots of my buddies counted...we compared notes. The government, wisely, has never released an official count.

Comparing this military action to Blackhawk Down? Except for being alone, there can be no comparisons.

1. The troops on the ground in the Mog did not have armor support...we have lots of armor in the Gulf. A good friend of mine (sniper) killed lots of "skinnies" in the Mog. He said they were hard to hit when they turned sideways.

2. The extent and scope of the bombing will reduce the small army Saddam still has, to meaningless gnats. (Except for the Republican Guard and Palace Guard, these guys will offer somewhat of a fight)

3. Most of the Iraqi troops that I saw 12 years ago had their hands in the air. The war lasted 100 hours! Their military is pathetic.

4. You said bombs alone won't win this war. That is true, but the psychological effects of the BLU-109B low-level laser-guided bomb, GBU-10 and GBU-27 laser-guided bomb units, Raytheon AGM-65 Maverick and Raytheon AGM-88 HARM air-to-surface missiles is something to behold.

5. This war will be a bloodbath for those who resist. Fortunately there will be few that do.

But none of these comments change the fact that you are still a left wing, Bush hater now does it?

Have you looked into the Human Shield program? I cannot personally recommend it, but some Hollywood folks are raving about it. Just an idea.

One last thing, why do you post about things you know nothing about.

Peace Dude. LOL!

as,

re:Dont pretend you care so much about the children. You care about Bush. Bush right or wrong

Actually, I care about the safety of Americans and our Allies around the world. I hope the new Iraq government is an ally for peace in the region after the war.
