AM, re:War has changed. It used to be that 90% of the casualties of war were soldiers. Now, 90% of the dead and wounded are civilians. If you would post a credible fantasy, someone might actually take some time to consider your position. Try a different route to the 2004 election instead of bashing our soldiers. Allen,you and yours would have been blasting Bush had his administration arrested the WTC terrorists the eve of their awful evil flights,you would have wailed and marched about the civil rights of those guys just as you are doing now,connect the dots is what was said to be missing but thanks to dems we can no longer profile those who would kill us because it is insenstive,I suppose if I were president I would bring the troops home and tell Israel to nuke the bastards if the want to but from this day forward you are on your own and I would turn the defense of America over to the the media/liberals and let them hold focus group talks with begala,sharpton,jackson,flynt,carter,clinton to guide our country,lol I am sure the concensus would be in line with clintons latest outrage saying that America should no longer be SUPER POWER,As clinton actually aligned himself with those who hate us and tried to destroy our military power I can pretty much guess where we would end up,clinton allowed obl to go free because they have the same goals and aspirations,destroy America is job one,liberals sign on to that readily,sounds like you have too!I suppose the catastrophe three of our own aiplanes caused is small to you but imagine what will transpire when saddam gets his nukes and can dictate to the middle east and send his killers throughout the free world to strike terror at will.I know we will be tjhe victim of another sick atttack on innocents here and I hope no liberals forget what they have been saying for the last nine months,love&peace,lol is not part the worlds future .Join PETA and save some pigs or something,that is where your talents can be best used.:-)Myhope is that we strike Iran Iraq and north Korea on the same day destroying two nuke plants and an evil empire in one fell swoop.....................

The best argument the Administration has presented .. how about the argument from a liberal slant: << "If we fail to respond today, Saddam and all those who would follow in his footsteps will be emboldened tomorrow. Some day, some way, I guarantee you, he'll use the arsenal," Mr. Clinton said on Feb. 18, 1998, in a major foreign policy address at the Pentagon that had Democrats rallying behind him. Including Dashle who said: to take all necessary and appropriate actions to respond to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs." and ... "send as clear a message as possible that we are going to force, one way or another, diplomatically or militarily, Iraq to comply with their own agreements and with international law." So clinton and dashle agreed...until it became politically expedient to NOT agree. It is certain, not just possible, that thousands of Iraqi civilians, including women and children, will be killed when we attack. It is certain that thousands of Iraqi military men will be killed or captured, the only thing that would make the deaths of many children and women probable is for Saddam to use them as he does a piece of toilet paper...which he has shown he will do. To be sure SOME civilians will be killed. I don't know of any war that can exclude that horror, Just how many may very well be up to Saddam and his army. Iraq is weak. Iraq is contained Same thing said about Hitler/Germany in '33? Do you know why Saddam is somewhat contained? He is currently contained by the United States of America , UK, (may be others)military forces...some 250,000 strong in the region at the moment. That is the only reason Saddam has suffered the "Inspectors", and even at that he is throwing crap in their faces..The USA cannot leave that type of force there long, and according to many Iraqi's , they want us to come ahead and get rid of Saddam. It is time.
