Or, do you rely on what you hear on the news? I have a friend who has relatives in and around Karachi Pakistan who claims the truth is not being broadcasted. People are starving there and tyranny is back..............not the same as with the Taliban, but tyranny none the less. My point is the US gets what they want then leaves the conquered country to fend for themselves. The same will happen in Iraq just like it has happened in Kuwait and Afghanistan. Many references have been made on this thread about the training camps that are still operating in the Afghan mountains..............at least 12 or more are still functioning. I think we would be better served to go after those camps and not leave Afghanistan so quickly. THey need rebuilding in order to keep the terrorists from regaining a foothold. I have heard that millions of Pakistani's are protesting the US involvement in Iraq............THe current leader of Pakistan is in peril of being ousted if he supports the Iraq invasion. I don't hate Bush, I just think he is a weak leader and he is heading this country into an international disaster area. Read some of the articles that have been published here on this thread............I am not alone in my thoughts. The world is full of people who agree with me right now.
