British Parliament Rejects Racy E-mail (3/14)

The software, which was installed after lawmakers complained about getting obscene e-mail, is also blocking discussion of a consultation paper on censorship. "If MPs are so protected by the nanny state that they lose touch with the people, how can we possibly encourage more participation in politics?" asked Liberal Democrat spokesman Paul Tyler.
