But yes, he does build nice Habitat Houses If you were living in a poor country, like I was, during the Carter administration, you'd probably have different opinions. I remember milk bags (delivered daily), saying words along the lines of "from New Zealand, with US assistance". I also remember Ms Lilian living in our neighborhood for about 2 years as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and Chip Carter spending time in my school, to explain what "US Constitution" means. I must admit, I was a bit scared of seeing the gun toting guys that accompanied Chip in our school!
