I'd suggest first "a mile away", you are a technology retard.
Secondly the size of the explosion has nothing to do with the point at which the bomb detonates. I'd guess windows a mile away facing the detonation point could break.

And you are an idiot if you think large bombs such as this would be dropped in civilian areas as a matter of standard operating procedure.
