Bush is under a lot of pressure from the oil lobby to attack. This is payback time again for Big Oil. Bush will gladly come through for them.

How can you be so silly and say the oil means nothing????


Because it's true to the extent that it does nothing for Bush directly or America. The oil belongs to Iraq and after the war it will still belong to Iraq. We will benefit from being able to buy the oil and pay less at the pumps - but that's about it.
