No surprise here. ANSWER is a Communist Party front group. Vieques, Puerto Rico Now that is interesting. "60 Minutes" had a segment on Vieques last night. Since the Navy can no longer use the island as a bombing range, it has no use for the base on the Puerto Rican mainland that those jets left from. Makes sense, right? It was for training; now they can't train. NOW the Puerto Ricans are screaming bloody murder because of the millions of $$$$$ that will leave with that base. They are insisting it be left open even though it has no military purpose. Ah, the wonder of unintended side effects. But certainly not ones that could not be anticipated. Be careful what you wish for. You might get it.
