No speech characterizing a group of minority is allowed. If you say blacks have dark skin you are a Klansman, and if you say people who go to Synagogue are jews, you are anti-Semitic. Its my experience that people get nailed when they make a statement that isn't backed up by facts. The Congressman in question claimed that because American Jews support the Iraqi war, Bush was to go to war with Iraq. Do you believe that's true? That the Jews control our government and Bush listens to whatever they say? Do you think K. Rove is secretly Jewish? BTW I have a couple of friends who are Jewish and they don't want us to go to war with Iraq. Z is half Jewish and he's ambivalent about the war. Maybe American Jews don't want the war in any greater or lesser numbers than American Christians or atheists. I don't know. Do you? Has anyone seen a survey of American Jews to know what they really want? BTW the Dixie Chicks criticized the war and condemned the president, and are taking a lot of shit for it. Last time I looked, Bush was a white male. So,having said all that, how did you come up with your theory? ted
