It's funny how Calif was the only state that got itself into such a electricity mess. No other state had those problems.

Gray davis's brainless polices led them into the abyss. They forced PGE and the other utes to buy wholesale power from out of state at unregulated rates, then sell it to their Calif customers at low regulated rates. If they had a llowed a few power plants to be built, they wouldnt have been in that spot. Their own pol correctness caused the problem.

Then after the damge was done, and just as wholesale power prices hit an all time high, Davis bought into long-term power contracts fro the state. What a dope.
