You are correct here. On the other hand, when this thread sees a carefully researched article with references to the current situation from with links to authoritative sources, what's the response? Most of the time it's silence. Here's some examples:

On January 27th I posted a link to the US military's analysis of the terrain and combat conditions in Iraq, zero responses: #reply-18497245

On February 20th on the subject of what kind of accuracy in machining is required for centrifuges, I posted links proving that ultracentrifuges (at 602,000 g's) are generally run completely out of balance. This was a key part of the Administration's claims that Iraq was working on a bomb. Zero responses: #reply-18548838

On March 5th I posted a link to a US military document giving estimates for the number of soldiers required to maintain order in occupied territories. Only Bill Ulrich responded: #reply-18657926

All anyone really wants to do here is to throw muck. It's a play pen.
