Saddam is moving about 24 Scuds into western Iraq. I wonder how easy it would be to hit them, and knock them out?

No need, all they need to do is take a good picture, show it to Hans Blix, and the security council will support the attack. Nobody said Saddam was going to be let off the hook, only that he was going to be subject to a thorough but fair investigation.
