Well, what was it that C-SPAN actually started out doing???

That is, probably long before you, maybe, was born or in early puberty???

At a minimum, aware of C-SPAN.
(what is my problem, didn\t I spell it out clearly enough already, the
humiliating but proud beginnings of C-SPAN)

Just a little PM, and I can post what everyone who has watched C-SPAN, that is, the
US congress, has done for some 25-35 years.
