One of the problems still existing with C-SPAN (besides their holy grail of just setting up a camera
and let it run, that is, who decides on where the camera is set up) is if and what they will be
archiving on their little hard disks although they actually are huge.

Losusy stuff, as they have all of the US congress archived, plus all other stuff they have set up
a camera against, archived since something like 1987, but the masses are not supposed to have
access, might mess up elections.

Long time ago they had some information on where their few camera crews were situated
the next day, now they cannot even tell that.

Anyway, in some 3-6 years, one tends to learn and adapt to the more greater stuff of
C-SPAN, one rule is to let it run when the official program says TBD.
