That amendment should bode very well for RRI shareholders. Looks like CNP cardholders wants TGN to be aquired by RRI :)

This is looking very good. The potential is there.

It would appear that the only purpose to the amendment is to give RRI more flexibility in acquiring TGN and to limit the upside of the TGN dividend/stock price.

You would have to assume that the acquisition of TGN is still part of RRI's current plan going forward by the amendment.

In today’s stock market environment of avoiding leverage some may view this as a negative, but it should be a positive.
