Looks like Bill Wexler is not as wrong as you might believe.

Isn't it even more embarassing that refr does not get any money despite - it is alleged - product shipments are said to have taken place?

Is someone else - perhaps the true license owner (if such owner exists AND if said license payments take place at all) - getting the money while refr is left in the dry?
