Since Saddam hasn't threatened anyone in 12 years, you wonder why anyone would be afraid of him now. He's a creep but in a box. A convenient boogie man for Bush to divert us from domestic failures, sure, but otherwise a secondary issue. Maybe has has bad stuff buried somewhere. Fine, let's find it. In the meantime he can't use it. Nor would he. He WILL use it however if he's attacked. So self-fulfilling prophesy by Bush.
