Regarding respect for human life, I'm advocating not bombing a nation that has a population of 42 percent under the age of 15. But you have no problem doing this? US position: We don't count any deaths in that group. Those are clearly civilian casualities; we use precision weapons [e.g., daisy cutters]; there will be fewer civilian causalities than any other previous war; and no count is reliable. Therefore, we order our forces not to report any civilian casualties. jttmab
