My guess would be $10 because the market will discount half of the FTC decision value because it knows Rambus is likely to win at the Federal court level. Rambus was at $8 before the CAFC decision and before the new Yellowstone, etc contracts.

If the FTC drops this case (as it in justice should)the stock will shoot up. However, the FTC has shown a huge bias against Rambus and is refusing to even mention the CAFC rulings which overturned the VA trial results from which the FTC case is drawn. I expect Rambus to appeal these issues often and early now.

If En Banc is denied I expect the stock to move up as well even though the FTC action is still underway. I believe that En Banc will be denied in that there does not appear to be any issues left to resolve and only one dissent over SDRAM ala JEDEC. The CAFC was unusually clear.

En Banc denial will probably happen in the next few weeks.
I see no new issues for En Banc review. Proust's arguments on SDRAM and JEDEC are very weak.
