We don't need you to be grateful, and we don't expect monkeys to understand the actions of human beings. Since being silent would require far more intelligence than you or your people have ever been capable of, we don't expect that either. What you WILL do is witness an America that solves it's own problems, and-as a side effect-solves the problems your people long ago LOST THE GUTS to handle on your own. No need, either, to say "thank you". Just remember that, despite the parsing of professional diplomats, we hold you in the deepest CONTEMPT for your recent collective cowardice.
