Having sex and swapping fluids is one thing, having and raising a child is not a heat of the moment decision. If a women decides to have a child without a father, it's her child alone.

You're right. When I made the comment of over 18, I meant those people were who were in some kind of relationship. A one night stand does not constitute a relationship. However, I still think there should be more definitive rules re. those under 18.
