It seems to me that watching where UN inspectors went and how sadam responded for the last few months has garnered a lot of valuable intel and that may save and reduce the risk to Coalition of the willing multilateral forces.

The word is Army transport delays are also culpable for this waiting period. I don't like it either but Tom has a good point about some of the intel recovered. This waiting period may just be helpful after all.
