Other names for the same thing are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or Zulu Time (used by military). To see what time it is in Baghdad or anywhere, and also to get UTC, check this-- times.clari.net.au As I write the from Eastern Time Zone, USA, it is UTC Time March 17, 02:46 A.M. Local Time March 16, 9:46 P.M. or 21:46 hrs (UTC minus 5 hours) Baghdad Time--March 17, 05:46 A.M. or 05:46 hrs (UTC plus three hours) For what it's worth, my WAG for start of hostilities is UTC 01:00 hrs (01:00 A.M.) Tue, Mar 18--that would be 4 oclock in the morning Tuesday in Baghdad.
