Bush did not disappear and was in constant communicaiton with the Situation Room in the WH. Bush was kept at a distance from DC until the threat was evaluated and quantified.

Your implication of an alleged cowardice, rather than following the prudent advice of his security people is simply uncalled for and in light of subsequent events....equally disgusting as your previous antiSmerican, antidemocratic remarks.
