Lazarus, Well, the UN is a debating society and it has become so totally corrupt that the dictatorships in Africa sell their votes openly to whoever will pay them, funnelling that cash to Swiss bank accounts or to some other offshore haven. Their delegates to the UN are all cronies and spend lavishly on whores and drugs which they ship by diplomatic pouch. I am sure you have heard all the horros stories. They need to remove diplomatic immunity from those guys. Half would be jailed for rape, theft, pedophilia, drugs etc. Sooner the UN is setup in Antarctica the better. Antarctice being the only international land mass, what better place. I can just see those Africans line up for duty in that cold cold place. Bill
