Could you provide the link again? I never saw in the Roe v. Wade decision where "English Common Law" was applied.

Speaking of which, I was not aware that said "English Common Law" also formed the basis for the Constitution.

Tench covered most of what I would say in reply. Also I would add that I can't think of any references to abortion in Eglish common law.
