You dumbass, Davis increased spending from $100 billion in 1998 to $164 billion in 2002, a 64% increase in government expenditures over 5 years. That's the problem with Democrats - you can't argue the facts, you have to invent some psychobabble conspiracy theory or spew emotional Oprahisms. They have to sue the energy traders so they can have an excuse for their gross negligence and protect their government empires.
