<<<Here's what Iran, N. Korea, Syria, etc., will be convinced of, after watching ShockAndAwe in Iraq:>>>
Guess i cant resist replying (G)

<<< 1. the U.S. is committed to serial Regime Change.>>>
I hope the "baddies" think seriously about that before they starve , torture and kill their own people or start wars to take over the worlds oil reserves.
<<< 2. the U.S. has overwhelming superiority in conventional forces.>>>

Cant argue with that, its been true for over 50 years. But if nuclear is not included ( since it is pretty useless)
keep in mind the Russians sacrificed between 14 mm and 25 mm casualties stopping the Germans. In ten years China may be a leader in conventional, and N Korea supposedly has 6mm military

3. the only way to deter the U.S., is by having nuclear weapons.
Nuclear proliferation factors is what the UN should be discussing instead of spending months trying to weasel out of 1441. Like- "You cant have nuclear weapons, because boy, oh boy, just you watch out, we will pass another 18 resolutions in the next 12 years telling you we dont want you to have them"
4. Pakistan got away with it; so can we.
