When parties protect their own criminals they deserve to go down. Especially when we're talking tens of billions of tax-payers money. Just no excuse for it. The only reason Bush-cheney haven't let the investigations go forward is they know it could bring down their White House. But even that is no excuse. Hell, Clinton was impeached for a misdemeanor. Nixon resigned for a lot less too. These guys are heavy-weight crooks. The biggest ever. Enron especially. An Enron has definitely been protected.
