Davis and Bush have one thing in common - huge crippling deficits and budget crises. They are handling them in opposite ways. Davis is cutting budgets and raising taxes. Bush is slashing taxes and raising spending. I dont know about you, if I were running a companyor household and I needed to raise money I would cut my income and increase my expenses. That is what Bush is doing now. Voodoo economics his father used to call it. Black magic if it ever works.
