You should scuba dive, study oceanography and learn something about the severe degradation of life under the oceans these days. It's not just a "liberal" issue, it's a key human survival issue. Maybe the most important one of all. Should not be a partisan issue but when the over-fishers and ocean polluters themselves have lobbyists in the GOP administration it becomes such an issue. Joking about whale meat just shows your ignorance. Whales are one of the true wonders of nature. Each one no less valuable than a bald eagle, tiger, mountain gorilla or a panda bear. All of them driven nearly to extinction by men who who thought they were macho guys by over-killing them.
