RE: "That is news to me."

Then, if you are omniscient, my statment can't be true. Are you omniscient?

RE: "... would you say Jews should always assume others are anti-Semite and out to get them, because of the Nazi genocide?"

No, they should because the Nazi genocide was just the worst example of a pattern of behavior that has existed for many hundreds of years and still exists.

RE: "The difference is that I did not call ALL LEBANESE CHRISTIANS "bloodthirsty thugs", just the ones who massacred the Palestinian civilians, women and children, in those three days they were let loose to play in Palestinian camps."

Those Lebanese Christians were the Lebanese Christian army. I will narrow my focus to all Arab armies if you would like.

RE: "Would it be appropriate to call the prejudice towards Muslims that we see more and more these days "racism" as well?"

Yes. In addition to my BS and MS in math, I have an MA in anthropology. I passed masters and doctoral entry exams in physical anthro, cultural anthro, and linguistics. While Jews and Muslims are identified by the name of their religion, they have cultural attributes which make them ethnic groups such as language. Ethnic groups usually have a common gene pool. In the case of the Jews and Muslims, the gene pool gives rise to an appearance that, on average, is different from the surrounding majority in Europe and the US. This difference in appearance supports ascribing prejudice and poor treatment at least in part to racism.
