Sorry...I forgot to ask a question on this part...

Asked today whether the vote would be canceled, Bush said with obvious irritation: "I was the guy that said they ought to vote. One country voted -- showed their cards, I believe -- it's an old Texas expression -- show your cards, when you're playing poker. France showed their cards. . . . They said they are going to veto anything that held Saddam to account. So cards have been played."

Does that mean there will be a vote, there won't be a vote or a vote has already occurred?
